The session is individually tailored to you and your group....I'm playing your soul song and the group's soul song. I will be playing on and around you with different instruments. Your bodies (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual) will be my "sheet music". I'll be playing what I see, hear and feel helping you move towards your intentions. We'll begin with a check in and together we will co-create the intention for your session ie. what you're wanting to heal, overcome, enhance, or create, both individually and as a couple or family.
My form of sound healing Is the use of sound to heal from mental, physical, emotional and spiritual issues.
There are sounds we find pleasing helping us to relax and feel good. Like the Rain, Ocean, birds singing, wind blowing through the trees.
Some sounds don’t sound good but help move pain and trauma from our body. There is Physical pain: groaning moaning. Emotional pain: Sadness crying, fear screaming.
In our culture It is very common to suppress certain emotions when we experience trauma. Over time this suppressed energy can cause dis-ease in our bodies and lives.
I'm helping to express these suppressed sounds for you. As you surrender to the sounds, anything that has been stuck in you can be released / “washed“ away and restored by the sound bath.
I was born with the intuitive ability to feel and see energy. The sounds that I will be making is my interpretation of your sounds and the sounds I'm receiving from your angels, guides and beloved spiritual helpers. Your body is understanding these sounds that I'm blending together even though your mind might not.
A sound bath doesn’t involve water. Instead, you are bathed in healing sound waves, bringing you to a deep meditative state.
Sound baths are considered one of the most deeply healing and restorative meditations possible, because of the deep state of relaxation attained in response to the sound vibration. Immersion in a sound bath leads to the release of stress hormones, lowers blood pressure and heals on a deep molecular level within the body. The sacred instruments also have a profound impact on the mind/spirit, as the physical sound vibrations entrain the brain to move from a beta to alpha-theta-delta deep meditative state.
Participation is effortless. The vibrational frequency does all the work. Chairs, pillows, mattress pads and blankets will be provided. Please bring whatever else you need to lie or sit comfortably for over an hour (extra cushions, padded support, eye mask, etc).
Daran Wallman will be using a variety of sacred sound healing instruments including: the didgeridoo, crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, frame drum, Rav Vast drum, Hapi drum, djembe, gong and vocal harmonics balancing and clearing our energy fields.
